Moving up a notch, Orange Clove is the first and only caterer here to offer a sail-and-dine experience on board its choice vessels. Its latest addition PassionOne, brings the fleet to a total of five vessels. PassionOne is an 18-seater cabin cruiser, perfect for day trips, island-hopping and corporate events. Five delectable, specially crafted menus complete a unique boating experience. Other new dining menus include a line of Thai and Indian cusine featuring quintessential favourites like Chicken Pepper Fry, Goan Prawn Masala and Ganesan Signature Fish Curry. Orange Clove also launched a range of customised cakes, pastries and desserts offered through its sister concept company, Teapot.
