For small parties of 10 to 20 guests, choose from three economically priced and well-planned mini buffets that feature favourites like Cereal Prawns, Sweet and Sour Fish and Chicken Rendang. If you are planning events on a more elaborate scale, their thematic set-ups, butler cocktail receptions and buffet sit-down dining options would be good choices.
The Big Banquet menu in particular is a premium spread with a choice seafood platter, Seared Scallops with Roasted Bell Peppers and Spaghetti with Harissa-Spiced Chicken among other delectable dishes.
Should you be looking for menus with a healthy twist, the Healthier Choice buffet is for you. Approved by the Health Promotion Board, menus in this category are prepared with reduced oil, salt, sugar and seasoning. Ingredients like brown rice and skinned chickens are used and dishes are steamed, baked or stir-fried. There are altogether four menus available including tea receptions, buffets and bento set.
