These preservative-free treats and the orient-inspired gift boxes come together to make an elegant gift for family and corporate clients alike.
The four new flavours in this year's collection include Premium Yuzu Paste with Orange Peel, Premium Red Dates Paste with Wolfberries, Premium Golden Corn Paste with Water Chestnut, and Snow White Lotus Paste with Yuzu and Orange Peel. Naturally rich in antioxidants, they are perfect for the health-conscious and those who prefer a little bit of contemporary with a time-honoured tradition.
The Premium Yuzu Paste with Orange Peel stands out particularly well with a velvety golden yuzu paste and tangy orange peel. The oh-so-delicate fragrance with just a hint of sweetness makes this one of our favourites this year.
Premium Red Dates Paste with Wolfberries - it is a match made in heaven with a deep burgundy filling infused with the intense flavours of red dates and a nice, sweet note balanced by a scattering of melon seeds.
Now, for a flavour that is not new, but noteworthy for its outstanding quality - the Premium Lotus Paste with Black & White Sesame. This is one exquisite creation that is equal parts robust aroma and flavour, making it a timeless favourite.

All the mooncakes we sampled are encased in a delicately thin, golden-brown crust that gives the sweet fillings just the right balance on the palate. And yes, they are best enjoyed in the company of good friends, under a luminous full moon and a fresh pot of Chinese tea.
