One of their signature items is the concept of boneless chicken called Stuffit. Expanding on the concept of de-boning chicken wings to a whole chicken, Broson introduces Stufit chicken, where a whole chicken is skilfully de-boned by hand and carefully stuffed with rice grains.I This was introduced in 2005 branded under their affiliate company, Stufit Pte Ltd. Stufit’s array of cuisine was also voted the ‘Most Popular Food’ by readers of Lianhe Wanbao during the annual Singapore Food Festival, for 2 consecutive years in 2004 and 2005.
